FACTORY DEFECTED PRODUCTS: Refers to damaged zippers, studs, stitching defects, unglued shoes. Our guarantee does not cover the fall of appliques, stones or diamonds.
WARRANTY LIMIT TIME FOR PRODUCTS WITH FACTORY DEFECT: It is a period of 30 days to make claims for defective products, after purchasing the merchandise. The guarantee is only valid on presentation of the corresponding invoice.
